Booking a Consultation: By scheduling a consultation, you’re securing dedicated time with our expert team who are committed to preparing and providing personalized attention for your health needs.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances can change. Should you need to cancel your consultation, we kindly ask for a notice of at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to manage our resources effectively and offer the slot to another client in need of our services.
Refunds: If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, we will issue a full refund of any fees paid for the consultation. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at booking. The timing for the refund to be reflected in your account will depend on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place because our clinic allocates preparation time and resources as soon as your booking is confirmed, and late cancellations do not provide us with sufficient time to adjust our schedules.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notification (“no-show”) will result in the full fee being charged without the possibility of a refund. We urge our clients to communicate with us in advance if there is any likelihood that they will not be able to make their appointment.
Rescheduling: We are more than happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointment if you inform us more than 24 hours in advance. There will be no additional charge for rescheduling.
Exceptions: We believe in compassion and understanding and will consider exceptions to our policy on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Please reach out to us to discuss any such situations.
