    The confidentiality of your information (data) is of paramount concern to us. The Oxford Iron Clinic fully complies with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR- in force as of 25/05/18) and the GMC Medical Confidentiality Guidelines.


    We apologise in advance, that due to concerns with data protection, correspondence via text message is only possible if you text us first and we cannot leave messages with voicemail.

    Please also confirm that you consent to your information (data) being stored, processed and confidentially shared if required for the provision of clinical care.

    In order to provide safe and effective clinical care The Oxford Iron Clinic is required to retain detailed information (data) relating to you and your health. All data will be stored and processed (used or shared) in accordance with the GDPR (in force as of 25/05/18).

    Appropriate information sharing is an essential part of the provision of safe and effective care. During the course of your care staff may be required to share relevant information (data) with other professionals, who share strict confidentiality requirements, e.g other clinicians, health care providers, insurance and billing companies. The information (data) required for effective care will be shared in accordance with the GDPR (in force as of 25/05/18).

    Your data will NOT be shared for any marketing purposes.
